The lunch of the national program for the cher of horses , Camels, & Pets at archaeological sites
In front of the Great Pyramid of Khufu in Giza, the Ministers of Tourism & Antiquities and Agriculture & Land Reclamation officially launched the National Program for the Care and Protection of Horses, Camels, & Pets at archaeological sites.
The ministers also inspected veterinary caravans stationed in the area, which provide vaccinations and medical care for camels, horses, and other animals.
The Minister announced plans to establish a dedicated training center to educate camel and horse owners and operators at archaeological sites on best animal care practices. This initiative aims to enhance the well-being of animals that play an essential role in supporting Egypt’s tourism industry.
