Capital University President Attends INEMA Welcome Ceremony and Discusses Expanding Partnership with Ludwigsburg University of Education.

Prof. El-Sayed Kandil , President of Capital University, and Prof. Hosam Refai ,Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, attended the welcome ceremony for the 16th cohort of the International Education Management (INEMA) Master’s Program.


They were welcomed by Prof. Jörg U. Keßler,President of Ludwigsburg University of Education, and Dr. Michael Krüger,German Program Coordinator and Acting Program Director. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Naglaa Diaa ,Acting Program Director on the Egyptian side, along with faculty members and students from intake 15.


A longstanding partnership between Capital University and Ludwigsburg University of Education, INEMA brings together students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. The current cohort includes students from Algeria, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia, the United States, and Vietnam.


Its blended-learning model combines online and in-person study, supporting education professionals to balance their studies with work and apply their learning in practice.
Since welcoming its first cohort in 2011, the program has graduated more than 250 students from over 50 countries. With support from DAAD, INEMA continues to foster international academic exchange and cross-cultural learning.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, the university presidents discussed expanding cooperation, including the potential development of teacher-training programs and further growth of INEMA.
